Join us for the 2025 Something Queer Gathering to be held at Deloro Valley Events Center in Tuolumne, CA. Come connect with your queer community for a weekend full of music, dancing, workshops, and movement. Our event takes place from May 9 - 12, 2025.

A note about tickets...

Benefactor Tickets (highest priced) – On Sale January 16 at 12noon PT
This is for those who think they can pay a little extra for a ticket to help someone who might not be able to pay as much. The more Benefactor Tickets we sell, the more Subsidized and Granted tickets we can provide the community!

General Sale – All ticket tiers (including subsidized), RV, Cabins, Glamping Tents, Lodge Beds, and Shuttle Bus – On Sale January 17 at 12noon PT
This is the general sale. All tickets, add ons, etc. will be on sale.

You will notice that we have different ticket types, set at different prices. There are no differences what you get from your ticket. The only difference is the cost, as our intention is to make this a sliding scale system. The lowest cost ("subsidized") tickets are below our cost, while the higher cost tickets are at cost or above (to help cover the costs for another person). Admission Tickets

Everyone needs an admission ticket to the venue.

Subsidized Ticket (Sold Out)

This is a subsidized (below our cost) ticket to the event. We have a limited pool of these tickets and are making the available to the following groups:
1. Individuals who might not be able to afford a full-cost (sustainer) ticket to the event; and/or,
2. Individuals who identify as BIPOC, Trans, Genderqueer, Femme, and/or Gender Non-Conforming. Our intention here is to make the event more financially accessible to these groups.
Note: we also have a ticket grant program for those who need a deeper discount.

A ticket to the event includes:
1. Access to the event site (Friday at Noon - Monday at Noon).
2. Tent camping on site (add-ons can be purchased separately).
3. Two meals per day (Brunch and dinner)
4. Parking for your car.

Every person must hold a ticket in their name.

Sustainer Ticket (Sold Out)

This is a ticket at the cost to produce the event. If you are able to select a higher-priced ticket, that extra will help to bring someone to the event who might not be able to afford a full priced ticket. We have a limited pool of these tickets.

A ticket to the event includes:
1. Access to the event site (Friday at Noon - Monday at Noon).
2. Tent camping on site (add-ons can be purchased separately).
3. Two meals per day (Brunch and dinner)
4. Parking for your car.

Every person must hold a ticket in their name.

$350.00
(+ $11.85 fee)

Supporter Ticket (66 remaining)

This is a ticket priced higher than the cost to produce our event. The extra will help to bring someone to the event who might not be able to afford a full priced ticket. (Note $100 of this ticket is a tax-deductible donation)

A ticket to the event includes:
1. Access to the event site (Friday at Noon - Monday at Noon).
2. Tent camping on site (add-ons can be purchased separately).
3. Two meals per day (Brunch and dinner)
4. Parking for your car.

Every person must hold a ticket in their name.

$450.00
(+ $14.95 fee)

Benefactor Ticket (42 remaining)

This is our highest priced ticket and includes a larger tax-deductible amount. The extra will help to bring someone to the event who might not be able to afford a full priced ticket. (Note $150 of this ticket is a tax-deductible donation)

A ticket to the event includes:
1. Access to the event site (Friday at Noon - Monday at Noon).
2. Tent camping on site (add-ons can be purchased separately).
3. Two meals per day (Brunch and dinner)
4. Parking for your car.

Every person must hold a ticket in their name.
